Say hello to ‘The Monday’ smoothie, my new best friend. I’ve been stepping up my smoothie game lately since I started incorporating my Raw Complexions, and this one is my newest fave creation. It took a few tries to perfect it but it’s pretty on point. I have my go-to green smoothies as well, but I think Monday calls for something prettier (yet still tasty and healthy), don’t you? Cheers to kicking Monday booty!
\'The Monday\' Smoothie
|1Â¼ cup unsweetened almond milk||1/3 cup fresh squeezed grapefruit juice (I get mine pre-squeezed at Whole Foods)|
|1/4 cup (1 scoop) vanilla protein powder||1 tbsp <a href="https://www.raw-complexions.com.au/products/skintox-beauty-food">Skintox Beauty Food No. 1</a>|
|1 tbsp chia seeds||1/4 cup frozen strawberries|
|Small handful fresh blueberries|
Toss all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
